Goods delivered in good condition are not returnable.

If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.

All refund claims should be accompanied with the original invoice and receipt of payment.
